Shipping Timings & Charges

Australia

We use Australia Post for all Australia wide shipping with signature on delivery.

We offer two types of shipping across Australia. These are standard eParcel Post and Express Post. Shipping times will vary based on location and the method chosen.

Express postage is not offered everywhere. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

United States 

Arrives in 6–27 business days, $30 AUD for all orders.

New Zealand

Arrives in 6–27 business days, $20 AUD for all orders.

Additional Information

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for Victorian and National Public Holidays.
  • Orders placed after 10am will processed the next business day.
  • Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
  • Order deliveries will also be impacted by Victorian and National Public Holidays as well.
  • Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
